In 2001, Dacheng established its Shanghai Branch,

Dacheng Shanghai was established in Changning District, with only a few employees

Dacheng Shanghai moved to Lujiazui Finance & Trade Zone, with number of employees increasing to over 100

The branch featured special general partnership instead of general partnership

Dacheng Shanghai celebrated its 10th anniversary with 300 employees. In the same year, the Party Committee was established, making the branch the first law firm with a party committee system in Shanghai

Dacheng Shanghai started its comprehensive professional construction and enjoyed an annual revenue of over RMB 1 billion
