Ms. Yin Yihang obtained her bachelor’s degree from Tongji University and her master’s degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She is currently a partner at Dentons (Shanghai) Office. Since being admitted to practice in 2011, Ms. Yin has handled over one hundred litigation and arbitration cases and has represented numerous well-known medium- and large-sized enterprises. She previously served as Executive General Manager of the Investment Banking Division at Guorong Securities Co., Ltd., and has extensive experience in both the legal and financial sectors.
