(hereinafter referred to as "Wolong Electric") oficially signed the closing documents with General ElectricCompany (hereinafter referred to as "GE"》 on june 30, 2018, and successfully completed the al-cash M&A with GE for UsD 160 milionregarding the delivery of low and medium voltage motor business “"slM". Since then. GE's SlM business has officialy become an importantpart of Wolong Electric's global business layout, making Wolong Electric's market share in the motor and control industry a global leader.
