"On Jun.4th 2020, Dacheng lawyer team of Henry Xiao, Stone Shen, Jenny Zhang, Tina Liu was invited by the Leadership Academy of AstraZeneca University（AZU）to conduct a legal compliance training of “Analysis of Law and Risk Management in Pharmaceutical Industries” for more than 20 employees from various operating departments (including secondary managers and above) and the legal department of AstraZeneca China. 

The training was mainly about the critically supervised areas, including anti-commercial bribery, pharmaceutical advertisement, data protection of pharmaceutical enterprises, etc. Dentons lawyers concluded the law and regulation and legal risks of the industry from legislation and legal practice, emphasized the importance of risk management and compliance construction in pharmaceutical industry, and summarized the key point of compliance from the classic cases of risk management. In addition, Dentons lawyers introduced the latest development of the policies of “two-invoice”, “4+7” procurement with target quantity, and enterprise credit information system construction, etc., and provided targeted compliance advice.
