Shirley Wang, born in Zhejiang province, graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree and graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a master's degree. She passed the National Judicial Examination in 2011 and joined Dentons Shanghai Office in May 2015.She obtained the PRC Lawyer's License in January 2017.

Shirley focuses on the practice areas of foreign investment, M&A, liquidation, corporate compliance and civil &commercial dispute resolution. She has accumulated a wealth of experience in non-litigation and litigation legal services during her years of practicing law.
