The Supreme People's Court directly reversed the original judgment and upheld our claims；
• Handled a Contract Dispute Involving More Than 5 Billion Yuan with a Township Government over Primary Land Development, Heard at First Instance by the Shanghai High Court；
• Represented a state-owned enterprise in Shanghai in a dispute over the withdrawal of an investment fund involving more than 300 million yuan, addressing novel and complex legal issues such as the feasibility of corporate investment fund withdrawal. The court ultimately upheld our claims；
• Represented a state-owned enterprise in Shanghai in a complex web of financing-oriented trade disputes involving more than 1 billion yuan, spanning nearly a decade of bulk commodities transactions and interconnected relationships among nearly a dozen upstream and downstream enterprises, presenting extremely complex factual challenges；
• Participated in handling the public interest litigation over environmental pollution liability in the 'Changzhou Toxic Land Case,' recognized as one of the Top 10 Public Interest Cases of Shanghai's Legal Profession in 2022 and a Model Case in the Second Annual China Lawyers' Public Interest (Social Responsibility) Campaign by Legal Daily；
• Represented a Foreign-Invested Enterprise in a Dispute Over Shareholders' Right to Access Information;
• Represented the defendant in a share transfer dispute involving more than 8 million yuan, where the court dismissed the plaintiff's claims；
