With extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, Wang Lu has led or participated in restructuring projects for dozens of listed companies across industries including retail, wholesale, semiconductors, automotive components, electronics, construction materials, pharmaceuticals, education, food & beverage, and logistics.
In corporate governance and minority shareholder rights protection, she currently serves as a supervisor for multiple Sino-foreign joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned enterprises, overseeing management decisions and safeguarding shareholder interests.
