• China Development Bank on its debt restructuring of New Zealand Yellow Pages Group (approximately A$22bilion) The legal work involved legal due diligence, drafting transaction documents and advising on compliance matters;
• China Development Bank on its debt financing provided for Botswana copper acquisition project valued at USD1billion, including advising on compliance matters such as legality of the borrower, legality of the security arrangement, approvals of authorities, foreign exchange control, and governing law;
• China Development Bank on its finance arrangement for a project in Jeju Island of the Republic Of Korea (approximately USD47million) The legal matters involved advising on compliance matters such as legality of the borrower and the source of repayment, legality and enforceability of the security arrangement, as well as approvals of authorities, foreign exchange control, tax collection, and governing law;
• Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank Corp. on its daily legal matters, including but not limited to reviewing or amending contracts, providing legal training, providing interpretation regarding policy;
• SinoPac Holdings Co, Ltd. on its daily legal matters, especially for its banking and financial leasing business in the mainland, assisting in risk-control and corporate governance of daily operation, providing legal advice regarding the establishment of governance structure, board of directors and supervisors and management level, participating in commercial negotiation of the company, providing legal support in terms of information disclosure, sharing information resources, reviewing contracts and related documentation;
• Shanghai Huangyu Asset Management Co., Ltd. on its daily matters, including  but not limited to reviewing contracts and corporate internal documents, providing legal training and legal advice in terms of business and corporate decision, and filing declaration and lawyer’s letter accordingly;
• A fund management company on the establishment of a resettlement housing investment fund in Sichuan, including conducting legal due diligence , advising on deal structure, drafting investment and transaction documents, advising on compliance issues and so on;

• Advised China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX) on its perennial legal issues, including legal consulting, reviewing project, reviewing and amending contracts, drafting and amending Company rules and regulations, advising on drafting laws and regulations and editing journals, etc;
• Advised Shanghai Futures Exchange on the legal issues relating to spot gold trading and gold futures trading;
• Advised Haitong Futures Co., Ltd. on its capital-raise legal matters, including conducting legal due diligence, opining on capital raising contract, board and shareholders resolutions, issues on the share transfer and the defects in the rights;
• Advised Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange on its carbon emission trading, including comments on detailed transaction fuels and regulations and preparation of full set of transaction documents;
• Advised Shanghai Lujiazui International Financial Assets Exchange on its design of financial product, trading rules and legal compliance;
• Advised Bank of China International Futures Co., Ltd. on its capital-raising and related legal matters;
