In the field of corporate and mergers and acquisitions, she has hosted and participated in several domestic company acquisition projects and overseas investment projects. The main work includes project due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and participating in designing transaction structures.

In the field of real estate and construction projects, she represented Zhangjiang Torch Park in the full acquisition of the Zhangjiang Central District real estate project held by Tengfei Fund, represented a certain fund in the acquisition of a land project in Hangzhou Xiaoshan, represented a chip company in the acquisition of a real estate project company held by a Taiwanese enterprise, hosted and participated in multiple real estate acquisition projects, and dealt with several large contract disputes involving targets, as well as handling numerous real estate lease contract disputes and loan contract disputes.
