Sean Liu has rich experience in practicing law and specializes in dealing with matrimonial, inheritance, wealth planning and inheritance related areas. He is familiar with the design and operation of various family-related agreements such as marriage and property; the design and operation of wealth management and inheritance planning; the design and operation of wills and inheritance management schemes; family governance and family business governance; family risk prevention and control; family criminal compliance; marital crisis management; and dispute resolution in the areas of marriage, inheritance and other family matters and wealth inheritance.
Sean Liu has extensive experience in handling disputes relating to the sale and purchase of real estate, leasing, expropriation and condominium, as well as other disputes in the civil and commercial fields.
1、Handled a number of complex divorce litigation, marital crisis resolution, involving equity, property, cash, options and other types of large amounts of property, involving the protection of children's rights and interests and rationalization of child support arrangements, properly resolved through litigation, negotiation and mediation, etc.
2、Handled a number of complex litigation disputes over joint debts of husband and wife, and successfully exempted clients from liability.
