Iris is a Partner of Dacheng Shanghai Office. Since joining Dacheng in 2012, she has advised, represented and jointly worked for more than 25 major multi-national enterprises as well as state-owned companies including Morgan Stanley Securities China, Hermes China, Samsung Logistics International, Microsoft China, AVIC Xi’an Aircraft, acted for them in a variety of matters including incorporation of branches, M&A, sales and purchase transactions, liquidation, corporate governance and compliance, internal audit and etc. as general external legal counsel. She had also helped 11 companies on their listing and SEOs on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (the “NEEQ”) of China.
In May 2019, Iris was seconded to Dentons Hong Kong Office for two months as the very first candidate of Dentons’ Cross-Regional Training Program for Young Lawyers.
In November 2019, Iris was selected to join the first "Pilot Program" Foreign-Related Lawyers Training Camp of Shanghai Bar Association, learned and exchanged professional skills and practical experience on cross-border M&A with experts from all over the world. 
In 2021, Iris was selected by the Ministry of Justice of China to participate in the first "Senior Training Course for Foreign-Related Lawyers" of the Ministry of Justice and completed the intensive training held at Renmin University in 2023.
