Mr. Heng Ju is specialized in construction and real estate practice. He had worked in Shanghai Foundation Engineering Group Co., Ltd. for nearly a decade and successively served as a contract specialist, a budgeter and the head of the legal counsel office. He is especially good at handling all kinds of construction cost disputes and non-litigation legal matters. He has accumulated rich practical experience of practising law in the construction and real estate sector. He not only has a wealth of practical experience, but also has formed a solid theoretical foundation. He published a number of influential papers. He was also repeatedly invited to participate in events to discuss and amend laws and regulations.
