Ms. Jie has accumulated extensive experience in dealing with legal as well as commercial issues relating to operation and management of listed companies, establishment and management of non-bank financial institutions, financial disputes, intellectual property disputes and other practice areas during her long-term service in the head office of a listed bank. She participated in equity investment projects in medical, automotive and environmental protection sectors when she worked in a fund management company.
