Mr. He Yuping has extensive experience in the financial and capital markets, with expertise in trusts, banking, insurance, bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate dissolution and liquidation. He has advised on trust projects with an aggregate value of several hundred billion RMB and has long provided services to major financial institutions, listed companies, large state-owned enterprises, and government agencies. Through his professional and efficient legal services, he assists clients in achieving their business objectives. With sharp commercial insight and solid practical expertise, he is regarded as a trusted legal partner. Mr. He is also included on the official panels of external counsel for a number of financial institutions, including Postal Savings Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shanghai Branch, Bank of Communications, Ping An Bank, Daye Trust, and PICC Asset Management.
Since the beginning of his practice, Mr. He has handled numerous specialized legal matters, including the establishment and issuance of trusts, bond issuances, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and listings on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). He has assisted multiple trust companies in establishing and issuing hundreds of trust projects—including capital trusts, property rights trusts, and service trusts—with a total issuance scale reaching several hundred billion RMB. Among them, he provided full legal services for a charitable trust project that, at the time of its establishment, was the largest cash-based charitable trust in China. Mr. He has also led a number of significant transactions, including the acquisition of a major building in Shanghai, the acquisition of a large mining enterprise in Zhejiang, a defensive strategy against a hostile takeover of a listed company, the IPO of Runbang Co., the corporate bond issuances by Cixi City Investment and Zunyi State Investment, the NEEQ listings of Nanlin Electronics and Huangguo Grain, as well as the acquisition of a city-based rural commercial bank.
