Mr. Tongyi He holds professional legal qualification of PRC and the State of New York concurrently. After joining Dentons Shanghai, Mr. Tongyi He has acquired rich experience in investment and financing areas for enterprises, and in particular, dispute resolution projects pending or post financing. In addition, Mr. Tongyi He has represented several prestigious financial institutions in disposal of non-performing assets. Simultaneously, Mr. Tongyi He along with his team has been deep ploughing in the golf-related fields, with further studies in membership disputes, title and property rights in golf courts, and operation of the golf courts.
- Warranty insurance disputes involving an e-insurance company, with the total amount of the subject matter exceeding RMB 400,000,000, and the parties relevant to the case with relatively high social influences;
- Reorganisation of a real estate project in Baoshan District, Shanghai, and related disputes arising thereof, with the total amount of the subject matter exceeding RMB 3 billion;
- The project of a real estate acquisition in Songjiang District, Shanghai, and related disputes arising thereof, with the total amount of subject matter exceeding RMB 1.2 billion;
- A dispute over marine-engineering facilities financing of a Shanghai corporate group, with the total amount of subject matter exceeding USD 10,000,000;
- Certain disputes over ownership of shares pending and/ or post a Shanghai renowned golf court acquisition;
