Annie Geng graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and Leiden University in the Netherlands, obtaining a master's degree in law, and is currently a partner at Dentons Shanghai Office.
Since practicing in 2016, Annie Geng has focused on major commercial and financial dispute resolution. Geng is well-versed in litigation and arbitration laws and regulations, and has extensive litigation experience in the fields of financial disputes and commercial investment and financing disputes, capable of skillfully applying relevant laws and regulations to resolve significant disputes and protect the interests of clients.
- Represented stock pledge repurchase disputes with a total amount exceeding 3 billion yuan, involving stocks: NetPosa（300367）、Ji Yao Holding Group（300108）、GOSING（300478）、XIWANG Food（000639）、KingNet（002517）、Redsun（000525）、Sino-Crystal Diamond（300064）、Huayu Mining（601020）.
- Represented multiple private equity in the pursuit of equity repurchase/performance compensation rights disputes.
- Represented GP of a private equity fund in a compensation dispute arising from the fiduciary duties of GPcaused by the "LeEco Mobile" private investment project.
- Represented multiple private equity funds/limited partnerships in the dissolution and liquidation cases.
- Represented multiple creditors in bankruptcy liquidation/restructuring procedures, and provided legal services for some creditors to transform into reorganization investors.
- Dealt with multiple equity investment and financing disputes.
- Represented a listed state-owned enterprise in a series of equity investment and financing disputes caused by the introduction of strategic investors.
- Represented multiple banks in financial debt disputes with a total value of over several billion yuan;
- Represented multiple trust companies in pursuit of disputes arising from real estate projects.
- Represented multiple trust companies in the pursuit of financial claims with a total value exceeding several billion yuan.
- Represented a film company in a cross-border rights protection dispute caused by the investment rights of "Hacksaw Ridge".
