Jeff joined Dentons Shanghai in 2010. Hefocuses on asset management，M&A,IPO,the new third board listing, interbank market businesses ,risk management offinancial innovations. He also provides general corporate legal services，risk management, ESOP, settlement of commercial disputes, etc.
Jeff provides legal service for manyclients and partners including security companies, fund subsidiaries, PE, VC,etc. Jeff specializes in fund manager registration, business regulation,risk-control documents drafting, financing designing of standard andnon-standard asset management plan, due diligence, transaction documentsdrafting, negotiation and communication with financing party, assisting projectfiling, perennial legal service, etc.
Jeff also focuses on the new third boardlisting, mergers and acquisitions, assets reorganization, domestic listing,which mainly involves industries of medicine, automobile, daily chemical,television, high and new technology, etc. Besides, Jeff provides transactiondocuments review and legal opinions for the commercial banks in the MTN, ABNand PPN projects.
