Lawyer Chen Ying has worked in law firms for more than ten years, focusing on dispute resolution, investment and merger of domestic and foreign companies, real estate and capital market. Since his practice, Lawyer Chen Ying has served clients in many industries and fields, such IT technology, e-commerce, foreign trade, new energy, real estate, medical equipment, retail consumption, entertainment and animation.

Lawyer Chen Ying currently serves as the perennial legal consultant to several foreign-invested companies, providing legal services for the compliance operations, contract review, and dispute resolution of various foreign-invested companies. Recently, Lawyer Chen Ying has successfully completed cross-border investments (Japan) on behalf of several domestic companies, involving high-tech, new energy and other industries.
