•    A central enterprise : Represented a central fund managing company in the establishment of a Shanghai Industrial Chain Leader Fund with an amount over RMB 10 billion
•    M&A fund: Represented an M&A fund to invest in a listed company in the form of equity transfer in a domestic company held by the M&A fund, which indirectly holds overseas green industry target assets similar to the main business of the listed company, with a total value of nearly RMB 10 billion; provided legal services for the whole process of this project, including legal risk analysis of underlying assets, contract drafting, negotiation, issuance of legal opinions, project closing and post-investment management (including review of subsequent financing documents and negotiation of the company), etc
•    A majority shareholder of a listed company: Represented the majority shareholder of a proposed listed company in its acquisition of a company in the high-speed railway industry, including due diligence, establishment of investment fund, financing, drafting and negotiation of documents, etc
•    Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Fund Co., : Represented Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Fund Co., Ltd in its investment in a state-owned enterprise with an investment amount of over RMB 10 billion, which is a sub-project of the national "910 Project", a major industrial project of Shanghai during the 13th Five-Year Plan and a major project of Shanghai in 2016
•    China National Building Materials New Materials Fund: Represented China National Building Materials New Materials Fund as the leading investor and other co-investors in the investment in the Xi'an ESWIN, which was recognized as the largest single private equity financing project in China's semiconductor silicon wafer industry of that year
•    IDG Capital: Represented IDG Capital in the investment in certain catering robot
•    Jiushi Investment : Represented Jiushi Investment in its strategic investment in Great Sports project
•    Yuyue Medical : Provided legal services for Yuyue Medical on its investment in a medical industry M&A fund
•    SAIC Capital : Represented SAIC Capital in a new energy battery project

Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring
•    Baosteel Metals : Represented Baosteel Metals, a subsidiary of Baowu Group, in its acquisition of controlling equity of Nanjing Yunhai Special Metals Co., Ltd (002182) through three separate acquisition transactions
•    An overseas seller : Represented an overseas seller in the sale of six domestic companies to a fund established by a domestic listed company
•    Chimin Pharma (603222) : Represented Chimin Pharma, a China listed company, in multiple domestic and international hospital investment projects. 
•    SGIS Songshan Co., Ltd (000717) : Represented SGIS Songshan Co., Ltd (000717) in a major asset reorganization in which the company proposed to complete the reorganization by selling all of its steel business assets and acquiring the financial business assets of Baosteel Group through shares issuance to purchase assets 
•    Yonker Environmental Protection Co., Ltd (300187) : Represented Yonker Environmental Protection Co., Ltd (300187) in its acquisition of control over a solid waste and hazardous waste treatment in Yunnan
•    A famous luxury goods company: Provided legal service for a famous luxury goods company in its asset acquisition in Shanghai
•    A private enterprise : Represented a private enterprise in the acquisition of its New Zealand distributor

Asset Management
•    ICBC Shanghai Branch : Provided a demonstration on the structure of a transaction between ICBC Shanghai Branch and a listed real estate company, drafted and reviewed legal documents, and issued a legal opinion on the project
•    A buyer and the asset liquidity support institution: Represented the buyer and the asset liquidity support institution in multiple bank non-performing asset securitization projects
•    A state-owned asset management company: Represented a state-owned asset management company in the transfer of debts of a real estate company held by a trust plan
