Marshal Chen is a practicing attorney with over 20 years of legal professional experience in China. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Law Firm Regulation and Development Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association, a Master's Supervisor at East China University of Political Science and Law, a Master's Supervisor at East China University of Science and Technology, as well as an Arbitrator at Dalian International Arbitration Court and Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
Specializing in investment mergers & acquisitions and dispute resolution, Marshal Chen has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services for financial leasing disputes, equity acquisitions and mergers, and full-process project investment and development. The LEGOLAND Park investment project he handled was awarded the "Deal of the Year" at the 2020 China Business Law Journal Annual Excellence Awards.
Marshal Chen has also provided expert legal opinions on Chinese law to courts in Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the British Virgin Islands regarding issues involving Chinese legal matters. Currently, he serves as the regular legal counsel for multiple multinational corporations, listed companies, and large central state-owned enterprises.

Executed legal services for multiple Shanghai landmark real estate projects including China Ping An Financial Tower and the Expo Culture Center (Mercedes-Benz Arena), covering design, contracting, subcontracting, project management and supervision, as well as tender processes;
