- Represented Sichuan Tuopai Shede Group in its issuance of debt financing instruments (i.e., notes) as a non-financial enterprise on the interbank market.
- Represented Easternpay under BAOSTEEL GROUP in handling the record-filing formalities as a fund sale payment and settlement organization.
- Represented Shanghai Excilon New Materials Co., Ltd. in its restructuring and listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
