Mr. Cai is a partner of Dentons Shanghai office whospecializes in finance, M&A, commercial disputeresolution.
Mr. Cai has represented many financialinstitutions and enterprises and handled a number of major complex litigationand arbitration cases for clients in the Supreme People's Court, high courts,intermediate courts, arbitration bodies,and other judicial organs at all levels, and achieved desirable results forclients and safeguarded their legitimate rights and interests. He hasrepeatedly represented domestic and foreign financial institutions and assetmanagement companies in the acquisition, management, due diligence, disposaland other matters in respect of non-performing assets projects, and accumulatedrich practical experience in disposal of non-performing loans.
In the area of commercial mergers and acquisitions,Mr. Cai participated in a number of equity and real estate acquisitionprojects, providing legal support and solutions and a full range of legalservices for many domestic and foreign enterprises, including conducting legaldue diligence, designing deal plans, drafting transaction documents, dealingwith information disclosure, and drafting legal opinions.
