Mr. Dong Junming is currently a partner of Dentons in Shanghai. Mr. Dong's practice mainly involves securities, finance, mergers and acquisitions, including corporate listing, mergers and acquisitions, asset securitization, New Third Board, bond issuance and listing on local equity trading centers, private equity fund establishment and other securities business, as well as financial services such as the issuance of trust plans, the issuance of asset management plans, and debt financing instruments in the interbank market. Mr. Dong also provides litigation services related to financial securities.
Mr. Dong has over 16 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, having participated in the red-chip listing of a large private enterprise group in China and worked in its legal department. Mr. Dong is familiar with the operation and regulation of listed companies. During his practice, Mr. Dong has provided perennial or special legal services for many financial institutions such as trust companies, fund companies, and securities companies. Mr. Dong has provided special legal services for many enterprises to be listed on the New Third Board and local equity trading centers, issuing trust plans, and setting up and filing private equity funds.
