Detailed introduction
Mr. Luo Lida graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in law (law) and is currently a partner of Beijing Dentons (Shanghai) Law Firm. Mr. Luo once worked at the Financial Institute of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and holds the professional qualification of tax accountant, junior accountant, securities practitioner, fund practitioner and third-level lawyer title.
Since his practice, Mr. Luo has focused on the fields of dispute resolution, entertainment law, and overseas investment, and is committed to providing clients with diversified dispute resolution, handling many foreign-related and major dispute cases, and providing legal services for many well-known artists, listed companies, and overseas parties.
Dispute resolution
Represented a number of clients in the recognition and enforcement of overseas arbitral awards in China;
Represented clients in the recognition of overseas divorce judgments in China and assisted in handling cross-border asset divisions;
Represented PwC in a number of bankruptcy derivative litigation - shareholder qualification confirmation litigation and shareholder non-payment of capital contribution disputes in the process of acting as the bankruptcy administrator;
Acting for EY in a third-party revocation proceeding as an insolvency representative;
Represented a well-known investor in a dispute over an investment contract, and obtained a winning ruling in excess of RMB 200 million at the BAIC;
Represented Hope Tree Group in its series of unfair competition cases;
Represented a number of Taiwanese parties in lease contract disputes, investment contract disputes and other cases in Chinese mainland;
Represented Juneyao Airlines and Tao Travel in a series of vehicle property rights dispute cases.
Represented an offshore company in a dispute over its domestic equity VAM contract.
