Mr. Qiu is currently the Deputy Director of the Capital Markets Department and the Leader of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Professional Group. In various business activities in the financial capital market, Mr. Qiu provides clients (mainly funds, investment banks, listed companies, developers and well-known enterprises) with integrated planning of business plans, design transaction models and top-level structures, flexibly and innovatively use various legal technologies and financial instruments to comprehensively solve problems in the process of business operation and investment and financing, and lead clients to achieve the best business objectives and obtain the highest commercial returns.
