He participated in the legislation of the "Shanghai Pilot Measures for Carbon Emission Management" (Hufu Order No. 10) and the formulation of relevant policies and trading rules of the Shanghai carbon market, as well as the design and development of trading products such as carbon quota forwards and carbon borrowing, and completed dozens of research projects in the fields of carbon emission trading system construction and carbon financial product innovation.
Since his practice, Mr. Tang Wei has been committed to policy research in the fields of climate change, environmental resources and green finance, as well as innovative business practices related to carbon trading, carbon asset management, carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, etc., and has been invited to teach the "Carbon Trader" training program of the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange, the "Dual Carbon" and Green Finance Training Program of Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and has been invited to provide legal training for many large enterprises.
