Prior to joining Dentons, Dennis had worked in the engineering, marketing and legal departments of the headquarters and subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies such as AIG, JARDINE GROUP and CITIC. He has a wealth of experience in handling investment, PE negotiation and other related legal matters for  large financial groups, insurance agencies and companies.
