Lina Yuan is a Senior Associate based in DaCheng (which is Denton’s preferred law firm in China) Shanghai office. She has more than 14 years post qualified experiences with solid legal professional background. Lina has been providing legal services for many kinds of Multinational Corporations, such as Manufacturing Industries (including Automobile), Financial Group, Cultural Media, Cultural performing industry, Internet information technology, Automation Technology etc., being proficient in enterprises’ many kinds of legal issues, mainly focusing on coping with Corporation Compliance /Data protection/Intellectual Property rights/Commercial disputes or arbitration resolution etc., especially being good at dealing with Commercial Contracts/Data protection compliance/ Anti-unfair competition /Commercial disputes resolution/arbitration, etc. legal issues on behalf of global clients.
Before joining Dacheng, Lina had worked as legal counsel in AGIP China office (having 70s office around the world, the largest IPR professional institutes in Arabic countries) for several years, where working language was English and provided with IPR practicing legal opinions (including transactions such as assignment, acquisition/due diligence and license etc.) and IPR protection proposals (including enforcement such as oppositions, appeal, and cancel etc. and disputes) on behalf of global clients, including but not limited to Internet information /FMCG/Manufacture/financial /culture media industries, in which acquiring rich IPR practice experiences.
