A graduate of East China University of Political Science & Law, Yao Shen joined Dacheng Shanghai in 2010 and currently leads the Corporate & M&A practice. With extensive experience advising major SOEs and private enterprises, he specializes in developing customized risk management solutions and legal training programs. His client portfolio includes multinational corporations such as Red Star Macalline, Unilever, Tomson Group, and SAIC Volkswagen.
Yao has over a decade of litigation experience, handling hundreds of civil/commercial disputes and dozens of criminal cases, with particular expertise in:
