Yang Yong joined Dacheng Shanghai in 2012 as a full-time lawyer. Achieving an LL.B. degree from Shanghai University and a Juris Master degree from Fudan University Law School, he was admitted to the Chinese Bar in 2009 and brings over 20 years of legal experience.
Specializing in intellectual property, real estate, and compliance management, Yang excels in providing day-to-day legal services to corporations and institutions. His practice combines solid legal expertise with extensive practical experience. He has served numerous subsidiaries and project companies under Shanghai Chengtou Group, as well as municipal maintenance enterprises.
Currently, Yang acts as retained legal counsel for multiple administrative institutions in transportation and civil affairs sectors, along with several subsidiaries of Shanghai Chengtou Group. He has handled high-value disputes with significant social impact, demonstrating deep familiarity with the operational frameworks of public institutions and state-owned enterprises.
