As a Partner of theDentons' Shanghai office, Ms. MingzhenZhu focuses onlegal services in commercial fieldsincluding construction and real estate, corporates' merger andacquisition, private equity and financing, bank and finance. Ms. Zhubegan practicing in 2001. Since then, she has worked with fulfilled experience in relevant compliance review andrisk control of primary and secondary land development, real estate trust andprivate equity financing, construction projects, prime real estatetransactions, real estate leasing and sales, and property management in constructionand real estate industry; besides, she has provided a plenty of legal services inresolution of civil and commercial disputes about equity acquisition, foreigninvestment, corporate compliance, commercialization of scientific andtechnological achievements in the field ofcorporates' merger and acquisition.
