-Reviewed HR compliance effectiveness for a large company, and issued legal analysis and rectification report;
-Analyzed and evaluated the legal risks in the ESOP project of a foreign-invested company, and issued legal opinion;
-Represented banking, securities and other financial companies in several employment disputes regarding performance/deferred bonus;
-Represented a Shanghai tertiary A-level hospital in a l"Brand Star Top 30 Finalist Lawyers" awardabor dispute with doctors, which lasted for more than two years;
