Sherry Xiao graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's and master's degree in international law. Since 2014, She has worked in the construction engineering and real estate department of Beijing Dacheng (Shanghai) Law Firm. Sherry Xiao is mainly engaged in Construction, leasing, acquisition and merger, investment and financing projects related to logistics real estate and commercial real estate, asset securitization projects such as CMBS, ABS and ABN, EPC projects, dispute resolution and legal services related to the company's daily business.
