Detailed introduction
Ms. Anna Xiao, borne in Shaoyang, Hunan province, received a bachelor’s degree from Hunan Normal University and an LL.M. degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She passed the National Judicial Examination in 2009. She joined Dentons on July 15, 2011 and obtained her lawyer license on October 10, 2012.
Anna focuses on the practice areas of day-to-day corporate operation and management, foreign investment, corporate M&A and liquidation, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and labour arbitration. She has acted as legal adviser to large foreign-invested and domestic enterprises on a retainer basis and, therefore, has accumulated a wealth of experience in providing legal services for non-litigious and litigious matters. She also has extensive experience in corporate governance.
