David Wang joined Beijing Dentons Law Offices LLP (Shanghai) in 2009 and is now a partner of the law firm.

Wang Wei has served large enterprises for years, such as Yum Brands, Ping An Trust, and is experienced in commercial disputes resolution. He has also assisted numerous enterprises in a variety of legal services, such as daily legal support, implantation of new stores, leasing and acquisition, contract management, labor dispute resolution, etc. David is now focus on private banking services, and is an expert in governance of family enterprises, inheritance arrangement of family equity and acquisition and liquidation.
