Mr. Shibing Wang is partner at Dentons Shanghai Office and head of its Film, Television, Culture, Entertainment and Sports Sector Group.
Mr. Wang has a profound knowledge of corporate governance, setup and management of private funds, listing of companies, establishment and operation of enterprises and other areas. He has advised a number of domestic and foreign listed companies on due diligence, legal planning, transaction process design, text preparation, trading process monitoring and many other legal matters. Mr. Wang has years of practical experience in the areas of sports, film and television, entertainment and culture, and has acted as long-term legal adviser to a number of sports and culture companies based on retainer arrangements. He especially has accumulated rich professional experience in advising film and television funds on their investments. Mr. Wang also focuses on major tricky matters, such as dispute resolution relating to supply chain finance and pallet financing trade, real estate development and construction, bankruptcy, and NPA disposal, and has successfully provided professional services for many clients and safeguarded their interests.
