Jason Wang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and received his Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Economics and Juris Master degree. He focuses on acquisitions and mergers, equity investments, foreign direct investments, corporate governance and compliance, and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in providing non-contentious legal services in real estate related matters, including real estate acquisitions, real estate investments and real estate financing. Specifically, these include joint venture development in various sectors, long term rental flats (subsidized rental housing), entrusted management of rental housing and hotels, mezzanine financing, acquisition of stock assets (commercial, office), etc. In terms of dispute resolution, he also has experiences in ADR, litigation and arbitration, including equity buy-back, real estate leasing, entrustment management and financing.

Project experience

Providing long-term special legal services for Ping An Real Estate in equity partnership development projects, project acquisition and financing, including in long-term rental flats (subsidized rental housing), real estate development, and commercial office projects.

Providing legal services to Green FIR Capital in acquisition and entrusted management projects, including commercial office properties and retirement properties.

Providing legal services to China Overseas Land and Investment in acquisition projects, and other al legal services including legal due diligence.

Providing legal services as its permanent legal advisor to theHHAn Group and its affiliated polar marine parks in Qingdao, Tianjin, Chengdu and Wuhan.

Providing legal advices as its permanent legal advisor to the Shenzhen Betterwood Hotel Management Company;

Providing legal services to certain investment platforms in financing and acquisition projects.
