Recently, Bank of China (601988.SH) subsidiary Bank of China Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bank of China Asset") and China Cinda (01359.HK) subsidiary Wuhu Jingdaxinrong Equity Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhu Jingda") and China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Orient Asset") jointly increased their capital in Zhejiang Jinko Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Jinko") and have completed the industrial and commercial change registration. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Zhejiang Jinko increased from approximately 2.055 billion RMB to approximately 2.714 billion RMB, and now Zhejiang Jinko is jointly held by Jinko Energy (688223.SH), Orient Asset, Bank of China Asset, and Wuhu Jingda.
