In addition, representatives from various areas of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and relevant towns signed agreements with 20 key enterprises undertaking imminent overseas investment projects. Leveraging Pudong's high-level international platforms, resources and professional service networks, these enterprises will establish Pudong as the primary launch base and global command center for their international expansion strategies, injecting new momentum into Pudong's high-quality transformation and development. "Going global" has become an essential path for Chinese enterprises on their journey toward becoming global players. With the continuous evolution of the global business landscape, Chinese companies have progressed from "borrowing ships to go abroad" to "building their own ships and sailing far," marking a new stage in their international expansion. To better leverage the dual circulation strategy linking domestic and international markets, facilitate enterprises' global development, and actively support the high-level reform and opening-up of Pudong, the Center was officially inaugurated in April 2025, coinciding with the 35th anniversary of Pudong's development and opening-up. As the first private, non-profit institution in China specialized in supporting enterprises' overseas expansion, the Center collaborates with 11 council members and over 60 strategic partners, operating more than 270 overseas service stations across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. The Center provides enterprises with comprehensive, end-to-end support, including initial market research, business visits, project matchmaking, investment consulting, as well as ongoing operational support and risk monitoring. As a key initiative in Pudong's deepening reform and opening-up, the Center aims to attract high-quality domestic enterprises to establish overseas operations or headquarters in Pudong, offering a one-stop, full-service solution for going global. Through this platform, enterprises can expand into international markets more efficiently and enhance their global competitiveness.
As a key strategic partner of the Center, Dacheng Shanghai leverages Dacheng' extensive global network to efficiently address and resolve enterprises' cross-border legal service needs. In recent years, leveraging its expertise in international legal services, Dacheng Shanghai has deepened its research on country-specific legal frameworks, enabling precise understanding of local laws, commercial practices, and policy developments across different regions. Through this strategic collaboration with the Center, Dacheng Shanghai aims to continuously enhance its comprehensive legal support for enterprises expanding abroad, contributing to the Center's efforts to establish a fully integrated going-global service ecosystem and assisting enterprises in achieving safe and efficient global expansion within an increasingly complex international business environment.

Amid Pudong's drive to become a leading area for socialist modernization, Dacheng Shanghai will continue to integrate diversified practical innovations into the global legal collaboration ecosystem, supporting more Chinese enterprises on their international expansion journey and contributing to their success in the global market.
